What if I need to cancel?
Since we file your LLC the same business day upon payment completion, we are not able to offer refunds or cancellations as most states don’t allow them.
How is billing handled?
You will receive a bill via our Square application which will give you the ability to pay via credit/debit card or ACH transfer. All invoices must be paid in full in order to start the filing process.
How long does filing take?
Filing processing varies state by state. Our team is focused on efficiency and submits material same day upon payment completion. Register-LLC also handles any challenges within the same business day.
What if my entity already exists?
No worries, we can work with you to find an entity name that doesn’t exist. We offer entity look up for an additional fee of $35. You will see more information about this once you fill our LLC formation Form.
